Cannot uninstall programs

When I try to uninstall programs in Vista, I get an error message that says,
"Wise Uninstall at the top and the message is, "Could not open INSTALL.LOG
file." Does anyone know what that is? or how to fix it?

The usual solution is to reinstall the program, then try uninstalling again.
