uninstall problem

I am trying to uninstall a program on a co-worker's
program because it is browser hijacking. When I go to
add/remove programs in Windows XP and click on remove, it
states that it is unable to open http:looking-
for.cc/uninstall/SearchExtender.html. What can I do to
get that off of the system? I have ran Ad Aware as well
as Spybot and am current on all of the Windows and Norton
updates. Any suggestions
