Cannot uninstall any programs

I cannot uninstall any programs from add/remove programs. All programs are
there and I can see when they were used last and how freequently they were
used but no Change/Remove button is available. I even tried in Safe Mode. I
looked for unknown software or services loading with AVG, Spybot, Ad-aware,
MSCONFIG, and Services but nothing is there. Any suggestions?

Hi Patti,

That would probably have helped but there are no keys for the programs in
the registry which is probably why there is no Change/Remove button. Any more
suggestion?

If what you are saying is that, when you navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall and
then either click on the + sign beside or double-click on Uninstall, the
programs do not appear beneath Uninstall, then I can't really think of any
suggestions besides, perhaps, reinstalling the programs.

Yeah I'm having the same problem. No remove/uninstall buttons are showing up
in add/remove programs. This regedit fix doen't work for me either. weird
huh?..but that's windows for ya
