Uninstall Error : Icon(s)

Just to get to the point, basically I need to know how to remove programs
that are 'installed' from the Uninstall page's list...

The program, BigApache, is a PHP/MySQL web server that is available for
windows xp and below, so when I tried to uninstall I was going in expecting
trouble. Eventually I was forced to manually uninstall (delete all the files
from the Program File's folder), but this alone doesn't remove the icon from
the 'installed' list on the Control Panel's Uninstall program.

Basically when I try to run the uninstall from the control panel it gives me
this error saying a file isn't there, since I deleted all the files!

If anyone has an idea of how to remove this; all comments are appreciated.

In the Registry Editor, find the key under the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Right-click the appropriate key for your removed application, and choose
Delete.
