Unicode entry problem

Greetings

I am using Windows XP Pro and IE7 browser.
How can I enter unicode text into a dialog box without opening the
menu bar commands?

Example: To display text from right to left the unicode is alt+202E
but when I hit the "E" with the alt button held down it opens the edit
menu on the menu bar. This is true of any unicode hex codes that
contain letters that are on the IE& menu bar. "F" in file, "A" in
favorites and "E" in edit.

Is there any way to disable the keyboard shortcuts to the menu bar
commands?

Interesting question Mark! I use Smart Type Assistant (cost 10 bucks) to
type out things not easily typed on the standard keyboard. But you can
add a language toolbar to the taskbar. Maybe that will help. Although
you need to get use to the idea of using the right ALT key for your
characters and the left ALT key for the top menu. Does that help?

Thanks for your reply.
This may be of some help. If I can figure out a way to map the two ALT
keys to perform differently as you suggest that would be ideal for me.
I very seldom use the right side ALT key anyway. I would prefer to do
the mapping myself without the aid of a program that I would use very
rarely.
Does anyone know how to achieve a separate ALT key function?
Perhaps I should start a new thread with this request?

Well virtually all language keyboards already map the right and left ALT
key differently including the US-International keyboard layout, but the
standard US keyboard one does not. And the right one is called ALT-GR.
