Unexpected Shut down

One of my windows 2000 server machines running as member server shuts down
once a month for no reason. This box has redundant power supplies so I dont
think that its a power supply issue.
When it came backup the only thing in event log is "The previous system shut
down was unexpected".
Is there anything that we can do to find out whats wrong with this box.
Thanks.

What OS patches (and app patches) on this box?
Do you have a UPS/management cable connected?
