This systems is shutting down

I have a Windows 2000 Server which keeps re-booting by itself 4-5 times a
day. I have no clue why is this happening. I do not see anything in the event
viewer except for the event which is created when the server comes back again
saying that the server was shut down unexpected, blah blah.

The only thing I saw which was a co-incidence that I was on the console. I
got a message saying "This system is shutting down........" and the count
down began....After some seconds, it re-booted.

I already ran removal tool for Blaster and Sasser worm.

Its a Windows Server with SP4.

Please help me.

Thanks

The only experience that I have had with this exact same thing was when I
had a bad memory chip.
