Unexpected _kernel_trap

Windows 2000 Prof. log on screen pops up and then this
error comes. After this starts dumping to physical memory.

Chkdsk done - OK
 
What 3rd-party software do you have installed? When did this start
happening? Have you tried booting the machine up in safe mode to see if you
still get the error? Sounds like a remote control program that's changed
the GINADLL file ...
