Undue junk mail entry

I accidentally marked an e mail as junk mail. I realized what I had done
and undid it. I have configured for no auto filtering and have added this
address to safe sender and recipient. I have also turned off Norton email
filtering both in and out. I still cannot send or receive email from this
person. I am terribly frustrated. What can I do to go back to the defaults
,obviously Outlook has some kind of problem and does not undue this. Do I
have to uni nstall and reinstall outlook. Please help
 
Tools>Options>preferences>junk email> and remove it from the blocked senders
list.
 
Mary, I already did that...it didn't help.... any other suggestions..What
about uninstalling and reinstalling outlook??
 
Mary, I already did that and it still doesn't work. I don't want to go to
the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling out look unless I know that will
solve the problem
