undo section breaks

I create a new document, with a Header and footer on the first page and a
page break after my last paragraph. I start on the second page a different
Header w/checking the box in layouts different first page and from this point
forward and below the second header on second page a section break
automatically appears. I don't want any section breaks anywhere. Is there any
way to shut off if even the automatic section break crap. I hate section
breaks!!!!!!!!!!

Section breaks are the means by which Word can recognize where the Header
and Footer change.

Don't check the box for "This point forward." That is what is causing Word
to insert the section break. You need to create your header first, then
check "Different first page" and create your First Page Header. See
