Unblocking level 1 file types

I have MS Access files sent to me on a regular basis,
which are necessary for some of the work that I do.
Unfortunately, Office XP has a feature that automatically
blocks .mdb file typs.

Is there any way to make an exception for this file type?

Any help would be appreciated.
