Unattended Upgrade Problem

I'm trying to perform an unattended upgrade from W2k to XP Pro.
Everything works fine except it does a fresh install instead of an upgrade.

Any ideas?
 
Go to your \Support\Tools folder on the CD and check out Deploy.chm from the
deploy.cab file.
Then check out the parameter NtUpgrade in the [Unattend] section of the
answer file.
Sounds like it might do the trick.
