Updating 2000 to XP unattended with added drivers problem.

I have Dell 720 with Network card: Intel
(R) PRO/1000 Network Connection.

I need to have unattended upgrade from W2k to Windows XP.
after finishing upgrade using parameter "NTUPGRADE = Yes"
it asks for NIC for Windows XP driver.


I tried to add parameter "OEMPreInstall=Yes" to the
unattended.txt file with $OEM$\$1 folder which contains
the XP driver files for NIC .


I got from Microsoft that parameters NTUPGRADE &
OEMPreInstall cant have Yes value at the same time.


Please how I can have unattended upgrade from 2000 to XP
100% so it will also update the NIC driver????
