It seems to me that you are getting the black screen with the
"The operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary
drivers for your network adapter. Try selecting a different operating system
image. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator. Setup
cannot continue. Press any key to exit."

if this is the case you will need to add the driver files to the i386
directory of the image. in you case
D:\RemoteInstall\Setup\English\Images\testbox\i386.

You will need E1000325.sys, E1000325.cat.
You also will need a special verison of e1000325.inf adapted for ris. This
file can be downloaded from intel. Go to ther website and search for
e1000325 ris and the the first result is what you want. There is a
instryction in the intel download for how you should apply the new inf

Thanks to everyone for responding. I have tried these options and have
not resolved my issue.
I know the RIS server is set up and working properly because I can pull
the same image to a different Dell unit.
I can also pull a Server 2003 image to the test box.

I have gone to Intel web site and downloaded the seperate INF for ris.
There are two I386 folders, the one that was created when I created the
RIS server.
And the one that was created when I pushed up this image.
Exactly which I386 folder does it go in?
Maybe I am putting it the wrong one.

I finally got mine to work. The e1000325.inf file from Intel did the trick.

I'm afraid I followed the brute force method and put this file in both I386
folders (the CD base image folder and the image folder for the machine I was
imaging). I also put it in the $oem$\$1\Drivers\Nic directories for both the
CD image and the machine image. The first time I tried it, I just put it in
the I386 folder for the machine I was imaging and that by itself did not work.

Sorry, it's a little ugly and I don't have time right now to go back and
figure out exactly which directory it was looking for, but it DOES work for
me now :)
