Unable to view secure websites

I can't access secure websites of any kind with IE 6 and
Windows XP Pro . . . and I've tried all of the suggested
remedies I've found (changing Internet Options, etc.).
Anything new anyone can suggest to try?

Thanks!

Neither can I but I think it has something to do with the
cypher strength of IE. Mine is set to zero which I think
disables me from entering secure sites.

I am still looking for an answer on how to fix it
