Unable to view ICS settings

I am trying to uninstall Internet Connection Sharing, because a VON client I
am installing is incompatible with ICS, but when I go to the properties of
the network connection I am using, under the "Advanced" tab I have only a
checkbox to enable or disable the Firewall. The settings for ICS are not
visible. How can I bring back these settings?

The ICS option only appears when all of these are true:

1. There are at least two enabled, connected network connections: one
for the Internet, and one or more for the LAN.

2. The Internet Connection Firewall is disabled on the LAN
connection(s).

3. The Internet connection isn't bridged.
