Unable to submit Scan Results

When I try to submit report to Microsoft about the Scan
Results, I get the following error message:

An error occurred submitting the scan results. Please
check your internet proxy setings and try again.

I have checked all the connection settings, repaired the
connection, No errors found in the Event Viewer. No
failures in Windows Update.log file.

Andre, I finally had it work on a machine the other day. I almost passed
out from shock. :)

i cannot sent a report to microsoft on getting rid of cool
web browser and i checked all they told me to check
