Trying to use the reporting tool
to say that another antispyware
program found SpyKiller 2005, and
the reporting tool said, as follows:

An error occurred submitting the scan results. Please
check you Internet proxy settings and try again.

[ User's note, it really does say, "check you Internet

You are seeing a couple of bugs--the most significant one is the issue which
gives rise to the proxy message. I don't know what the issue is here, but I
do know that Microsoft has reproduced this one in-house, and it should be
fixed in beta2.

The other is the issue of spelling and grammatical errors in the beta1
product. A decision was made early in the beta to fix these on a wholesale
basis later in the beta, presumably in beta2. Microsoft is aware of these
mistakes, and they won't carry over into the final product.

So--I'm sorry that this significant reporting function doesn't work in your
installation of Microsoft Antispyware. It does work in most installs, I
believe, but I also have some installs in which I see this failure.
