Unable to send mail

I can receive mail, but I'm unable to send it through Outlook 2003. I've set
up Outlook to use my hotmail accout. The "Unknown Error" I'm receiving is
Error- 0x8004DFF3.

Does anybody have any suggestions for me?

Hi There

To resolve this issue we would have to reconfigure your email in a new
profile within the outlook program.To do this please follow the steps
outlined in the article number 829918.You can view this article by visiting
www.support.microsoft.com and typing the above mentioned article number in
the box called "search the knowlegde base for"
