Unable to send mail from Yahoo account setup in Outlook 2002

I set up my Yahoo Plus in Outlook 2002 and when I hit "test" I get the
following error message: Unable to sent out test message. Please verify the
e-mail address field.
I entered my correct email address and double-checked it and still get that
message. I can receive emails in Outlook from my Yahoo account, but I can't
send emails.

Yes, I am authenticating properly and I have followed the instructions in
yahoo's help files, but I keep getting the error message and am unable to
send emails from my yahoo account via Outlook.

what firewall do you use? is it allowing outlook? are you using a spam or
virus scanner to scan outbound mail?
