Can't configure my Yahoo to POP to Outlook 2002

I have a Yahoo email account I would like to POP to my Outlook 2002. I have
tried everything but oit just won't configure. I have troubleshot with yahoo
and my service provider. Can anyone help me please?

Is it as yahoo.com address? Are you paying for POP3 access? It's not
available with the free accounts.

Yes, I have a premium business account and yahoo says that it should work
from their end.

Is it as yahoo.com address? Are you paying for POP3 access? It's not
available with the free accounts.
