Can't configure my Yahoo to POP to Outlook 2002

I have a Yahoo email account I would like to POP to my Outlook 2002. I have
tried everything but oit just won't configure. I have troubleshot with yahoo
and my service provider. Can anyone help me please?

Yes, I have a premium business account and yahoo says that it should work
from their end.
