I get the following in my inbox after sending email to people in my contact
list. It happens to 99% of the contacts. Here is what I get:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

550 relaying mail to blueyonder.co.uk is not allowed

I have searched the Microsoft Knowledge Base and could not find a fix.

Are you connected to network/ISP that contains the SMTP (outgoing mail)
server? Normally the error you got is the result of using an off-network
SMTP server

I am at a Hotel in Mexico that has a high speed access to the internet. I am
on business. So I am off my regular network in New York. There are people in
my home network that I can send to but all others I get the message I have
below. I am using Outlook 2002. I have my gmail accounts set up with Outlook
Express and they all work fine. I believe from my search of network computers
they have there own server.

And Vince already told you how to correct the problem.

Where in Vince's message is the "How to correct the problem" Brian?

Right here: "Normally the error you got is the result of using an
off-network
SMTP server." Use the SMTP server of the network to which you are
connected.
