Are you using your ISP's connection to access your mail server?

The SMTP (outgoing mail) server is denying your message. Are you on a
different network than it? From the context of your message it sounds like
that may be the mail server in your office which is probably set to deny
sending messages that hit it from the Internet.

We've been having the same problem in our office. We're using
Microsoft Outlook 2003. I only have one account, but I have 4
different contact folders. Yesterday I sent an e-mail to a contact
from my business folder, with a copy to a contact from my office
folder. The copy was kicked back. I therefore added the copy address
to my business folder (both recipients now in the same folder) and
resent the message. This time is went through just fine.
Jean in our office has two accounts (home and office). He doesn't seem
to have a problem from his home account, but from the office he can't
reply to a message if the sender is not listed in his contacts folder.
Even though the default is set for the office account he has to watch
that it doesn't switch to the home account when he's sending a message.
He has several different contact folders also.
I'm wondering if this isn't a problem with the software not liking
different folders and different accounts.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Louise

This is the same error I'm receiveing, it only started showing up after I
installed the offce 2007 beta, I had no error when using outlook 2003 or
thunderbird.

Could it just be something with the beta?
