unable to send emails

I have gone to Peru South America from Australia, where I live, and since I
arrived in Peru I am unable to send emails.

The message error is:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged [201.240.153.35]

I guess I have to change some info in the email configuration: outgoing mail
server?

Configure the e-mail account that you defined in Outlook to authenticate to
the SMTP server. You are obviously off-domain from your ISP's network and
they need you to prove that you are authorized to use their server.

One SMTP server that works worldwide is Gmail.
