Unable to send attachments Microsoft Outlook 2000 -sp3

Hi

Just need help to find out why I cant send attachments (jpegs). For
some reason the email appears to have sent but never arrives at its
destiation, it shows i the sent Sent box but never arrives. I suspect
some security setting is stopping me sending them biut i cant fathom
it. Any help appreciated.

If it is in the Sent Items folder Outlook has send it and your issue is not
with Outlook.

Does it arrive when you send it to another email address or even to
yourself?
If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.
