Email attachment received as 'attachment deleted'

I attached an outlook email and was sent but when the email arrives to the
recipient, it says 'attachment deleted' as the attachment name and when
trying to open it, it's all a blank attachment. What is causing this?
I have tried sending as html and plain text.

Please help!

Hard to say at this level of detail. It could be that the (corporate?)
recipient has restrictions of what can and cannot be received within that
mail environment. Have the recipient ask his/her mail admin what is allowed
to be received and what is not.

I tested the email with the same email attachment and I got the same thing.

Which is to be expected; computers are quite consistent that way ;-)
You could try again with a simple txt-attachment but the best way to go
would be to ask the corporate admins involved.

The attachment is an actual outlook email. I can send any attached file but
not an actual email attached file. I was able to attached another email
message and send it without any problems in outlook 2003 but not with 2007.
Will there be a setting?
