outlook 2003
when i send anything larger than 2mb on outlook 2003 the outbox keeps on
cycling the message as if it can not send it, but people get the message
multiple times and the sent file does not show it sent. No i do not have a
virus. My provider, Earthlink allows files of 10mb to be sent. When i send
with plain old outlook that comes with the computer it goes through.
Earthlink says they do not have a problem. Any suggestions?

First, increase the server timeout value on the Advanced tab of your account
properties pages. Second, disable any AV mail scanning you have configured.
Third, increase your send/receive interval.
