e-mails with large attachments

I use Outlook 2002 for e-mails at home, and after a recent hard drive rebuild
(due to problems with Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 2008, that's
another story) I cannot send e-mails with attachments larger than ~2MB. The
e-mail sits in the outbox when I press 'send' with a message that it is being
sent - but it never actually goes. This is a real problem when sending
photos etc to friends / family. It doesn't seem to be an option that limits
size, otherwise I wouldn't be able to send it at all.

Anyone know what I am missing ? Thanks, Neil
