Unable to save Exchange server password on Outlook 2003

I am the administrator of a small LAN. All of the users' Outlook settings
work fine, except one user, who has Outlook 2003 installed on a computer
running Windows 2000 Professional. For some reason, whenever she logs into
Outlook, it prompts her for the exchange server password. However, it never
prompts her for her internet mail password, so it seems to be saving that
OK. I checked the Microsoft support web site for Outlook password issues,
but they all seem to refer to internet mail issues. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Jeff,

Did you check to make sure the security settings were set correctly in
Outlook. Check this under Tools Options Email Accounts - Mails Setup -
click on Email Accounts - highlight Exchange select change and then more
settings.
