Unable to read some e-mails in different language

I have new PC in Windows XP Pro.
Using Microsoft Outlook for e-mails, I found that my e-mails received in
different language is broken.

Added my new input languages using language option, though.

To help you understand better, I changed the encoding and saved.
I could read the message but could not read the subject in different
language.
