Unable to print IE6 XPSP2

I am unable to print any webs pages from IE nor am I able to print from OE.
Disabled 3rd party browser, didn't work. One suggestion was my margin setting
in File>Page Setup but I cannot even get to that screen to check the
settings. It opens and closes before I can see anything. Same thing happens
when I open Help>About Internet Explorer. The screen flashes so quickly you
cannot make anything out. Seems alot of people written about this problem and
haven't been able to solve it. Any new suggestions?

No. I got hijacked by about blank when clicking this link. In fact, I had to
have the SP2 disk mailed to me and install from there. Different problem at
that time.

First eliminate any spyware.

CAUTION!!!!! Removing some spyware can damage the Winsock stact. Before
you try to remove spyware using any of these programs , download a copy of

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:

If the machine was infected with hijackware prior to installing SP2, you
should not have installed SP2. You /may/ need to uninstall SP2 to be able
to remove all hijackware now, then reinstall SP2.

Here's the long version:

Dealing with Trojans & Hijackware (Do parts A and B):

A. Removing Trojans and Trojanware with Sysclean

See instructions here: http://forum.aumha.org/viewtopic.php?t=10610

Afterwards, update your own anti-virus application and perform another full
system scan.

B. Hijackware

Help with Hijackware (all are MS MVP sites)

http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm

http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/Darnit.htm
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/Malware_Defence.htm
http://defendingyourmachine.blogspot.com/

Run the following tools in this order with nothing else running in
background:

1. CWShredder v2.13 (choose Fix, not Scan)

2. Ad-Aware SE (Reconfigure per http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?t=5877; Fix
all found)

3. OPTIONAL: Spybot (RTFM; Immunize first and then scan; Generally, fix
everything in red)

Important: You must seek updates for Ad-Aware and Spybot before each and
every use, even "right out of the box". But even they can't catch
everything, 24/7.

When all else fails, HijackThis
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post
your log to http://forums.spywareinfo.com/,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html or http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30
for expert analysis, not here.**

http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm.]

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
