unable to open your default e-mail folders

I have had outlook 2002 on my computer for some time.
Here lately I keep getting the "error message": "Unable
to open your default e-mail folders. The .dll file for
the info service cannot be found. MAPI was unable to load
the info service PSTPRX.dll"

I have tried 3 times to repair office and it says it is
repaired. I still continue to get the message.
