I cannot use outllook because of a missing PSTPRX.DLL file?

Loaded office02 and could not access outlook fully, i get the following error
message : "unable to open default e-mail folders. dll file for info service
not found. MAPI unable to load info service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service
is correctly installed and configured."
Any help will be greatly appreciated, Ta.
