I installed the free AVG anitvirus and Ad-Aware software and now my Microsoft Outlook 2002 will not open. I get an error message that says "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The.DLLfile for the information service could not be found." I then get a message that asks if I would like to open your default file system instead? If I click yes I get a message that says "MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL be sure the service is correctly installed and configured." Actually Microsoft Outlook is not my defaul e-mail folder, I use OE for email and MO for the address book and calendar. I would appreciate any suggestions.

By the way, uninstall AVG and reinstall it without the mail scanning
feature.
