Outlook General Questions

I had Office 2000 Premium installed on my computer. I uninstalled it and
installed Office XP Professional with Publisher Version 2002. I get the
following flag when trying to open Outlook: Unable to load your deflault
e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the information service could not be
found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured.

Is there any help out there?
