"Unable to open your default e-mail folders".

Hi to everyone
Whenever I start Outlook, an error comes and I cant open it. The error is :
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The information store could not
be opened. Would you like to open your default file system folder instead?â€
What can I do, to fix this problem?

It was working before?

Have you verified that your pst-file still exists in its location?
If it does, scan it for errors with scanpst.exe

If it doesn't exist anymore, you somehow deleted it and you must restore it
from backup.

Otherwise, post some configuration information for us to work with.

The version of outllook is 2002.
This is the first time I try to open it.
Furthermore, there is an account which is created from another colleague in
the past.
