Unable to open some web sites

After installing sp2 I had numrous problems I then
unstalled it Now I have Following problems:

I am Unable to open some web sites I am trying to open
are very critical as I have my Email account and I do
Banking on them I can open almost all web sites but few
critical web sites when I click on them I get the
following message:

''The page cannot be displayed The page you are
looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might
be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need
to adjust your browser settings''

I have sent this message on 10/4/2004 11:19:40 AM but
Until now no solution I tried elsewhere but with no luck
Please if some one can help Thanks a million

Resets all the IE functions - for windows, hangups,

Start> Run> Paste this
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll

and then do the same with each one of the following..

regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

This should sort the problem out completely. It works for Windows XP pro and
IE6.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.
