Opening Trusted Site

Every time I do a search on Ebay or open a new page within a search I get
the following message:

The current web page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list.
Do you want to allow this?
Current site: http://search.ebay.com
Trusted Site: http://pn1.adserver.yahoo.com

It takes several clicks to get past this message. Is there any way short of
disabling or reducing security to bypass this message when using Ebay?

Hi,
It will be a little less secure, but...
Internet Options> Security> Trusted Sites> Custom level> Websites in less
privileged web content zones can navigate into this zone> "Enable."

Or remove http://pn1.adserver.yahoo.com from Trusted Sites.
