unable to open default email folder

After new installation of Outlook 2002, I get this message
when trying to open Outlook: "Unable to open your default
email folders. Tne .DLL file for the information service
could not be found.
MAPI was unable to load information service PSTPRX>DLL.
Be sure this service is correctly installed and configured.
