Unable to open browser

I downloaded ie6 because I couldn't get the ie browser to
open. It still won't open. When I send the error report I
am unable to connect to the "more information" link.
Suggestions?
 
There's a solution to this posted further down in the thread. Disable the option to allow 3rd party access as it describes, then download a program to remove spyware, run it and then reenable and you should be good to go.
