Unable to move folders

I have folders created under my Inbox and subfolders within those folders.
when i right click on a folder and select "Move Folder" it comes up with the
following error:

"Can't copy folder; access is denied. To check your permissions for the
folder, right-click the folder, and then click Properties on the shortcut
menu. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions."

So I changed the permissions and gave myself "owner" permissions and i'm
still unable to move the folder.

However, i can drag the folder to another folder and it moves fine. i can
even create another folder within the folders. I just can't seem to move or
copy them when i right click. Does anyone have any suggestions/answer?

I have read that article and it applies to Public folders. My issue is with
folders that are not public. Any other suggestions?
