Unable to log on the the PC

When I try to log on ty the xp Pro pc I get:
Unable to log you on because of an account restrictioin
Does anyone know a way around this problem?
 
If you're trying to log on to the built in Administrator account in XP Home,
you must do this from Safe Mode. Otherwise, provide more details.
