unable to log into xp upon completion of set up

I just completed installing xp, and the "computer users"
that i loaded while installing are listed. When i try to
log on i get a log on error message,"the specified domain
either does not exist or could not be located"
how can i get in? i was never prompted to enter a
password, and what domain is it refering to?

You would have had to specify a domain during the installation, you can also
change where you are logging into via the drop down menu to point to the
local machine account.
