You have malware.

winsvr.exe This is an undesirable program.

winsvr.exe is a process belonging to an Unclassified Trojan. This Trojan
allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing
passwords, Internet banking and personal data. This process is a security
risk and should be removed from your system.

May be added by the W32/Tirbot-B WORM! Found in the Windows system folder
http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/w32tirbotb.html

UPDATE your antivirus software and run a full system scan.

UPDATE whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.

You might want to start in Safe Mode to run your antivirus and anti-spyware
software.

Running a full system antivirus scan or anti-spyware scan in Safe Mode can
be a good idea. Some viruses and other malware like to conceal themselves
in areas Windows protects while using them. Safe mode will prevent those
applications access and therefore unprotect the viruses or other malware
allowing for easier removal.

I am also recieving the same message Stop: C0000135 and found that it could
be caused by a Malware problem. The only problem is that I can not access
the registry due to it will not boot into Safe Mode or Normal Mode. Is there
another way to get to the Registry to be able to edit it?

Burn a couple of these to a CD (using a working machine) and test the
infected machine with them:

Then run this:

Malwarebytes© Corporation
