unable to launch import tools

hi,
I found that i am not able to run my target designer and component
designer's import function .. when i click on them , it gives me error
message saying that "importfw - Error while enumerating registered WXPE
plug-ins"

any idea how to solve it ? I had tried to uninstall and reinstall my tools
my still the same problem .... i am using target designer version 2.00.0807.0

Hi zen master,

Try installing the latest Windows Script Host package. Sometimes updates for
XP and third party software can change files and settings used by WSH.

I tried the method you suggested but no luck.... the same error still
happen. I was hoping any MS guys to read this post to help..
