Running xp pro / sp 1 I installed a via 5 port usb 2.0 pci card. When I try
to install the drivers off of the install CD I get:
setup has finished installing usb 2.0 setup program on your computer.
setup can launch the readme file and usb 2.0 setup program.
choose the options you want below.

There are no options displayed and when I click finish the program closes
out.

Also when I boot up this computer found new hardware wizard pops up:
This wizard helps you install software for:
Unknown
I can't install using this also. If I cancel this out it pops up over and
over. Can't get rid of it.

Now in device manager:
Yellow question mark next to "other devices" then under that 6 more yellow
question marks
next to "unknown devices"
Below universal serial bus controler Yellow "!" next to usb 2.0 root hub
device.

The setup program is 1.0c
The computer is an HP 933PIII on board usb 1.0 works OK
Thanks to anyone who can help me, Jeff....
