Hello,

I have a new computer and today when I tried to read a Memory Styck in the
Card Reader Device I notice that it was not possible.
The USB 2.0 Mass Storage Device has a "yellow exclamation point" and the
numbers of the Card Reader don´t appear in "my computer".
If I try to update or unistall and update the driver but the Card Reader
Driver is shown for a few seconds.
The error code that are generated by Device Manager is "10".
I have installed Service Pack 3.
My USB Webcam and USB Printer work perfectly.
How can I solve these problem?
I am waiting for your feedback.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thanks Bob I,

I think this USB Device is not perfectly connected inside the computer. It
is not a Windows XP problem.
I will take the computer to the technician (to repair for free because I
have purchased it one month ago) tomorrow.
Remembering that my webcam, printer and pendrive are working perfectly.
Thank again.
