unable to install office XP Service Pack 3 n other programme

the automatic updates said tat 'updates were unable 2 be successfully
installed'
n i oso can't install the latest MSN messenger
after i install it,when i open, it says tat command line option syntax error

may i know wat happen to my computer?

I had the same problem. The SP will download and ask "sometimes" for the CD
and then just Fails. I have Office XP Student and Teacher edition.
