Unable to install latest beta spware.

I downloaded the newest beta spyware,when I went to
install an error1402 could not open key UNKNOWN\ms com
Dlg.common Dialog.1\CISID. I disabled my security before
I downloaded the file. Help!!!!!!!!!If you
can.

Please ensure that you are logged in under the same
account that first installed the original version of MSAS
when you are trying to update to the new version. This
account must be one that has Administrator rights.
