Trouble with install

every time I try to install Spyware Beta I get the
following message.....
Error1402. Could not open key
UNKNOWN\MsCom Ctl2.Animation.2\CLSID. Verify that you
have sufficient access to that key or contact your
support personell

If any one knows what to do, I wouldlike to know the
answer. I have admin athority on this computer as it is
mine and at home.
